Polish police detained Zakayev, who was wanted by Russia on Friday, at a congress of activists seeking the region's independence from Moscow, but a court later ordered him freed.

Главный представитель президента (ну, к тексте стоит не главный, но все же...). Так вот, слух прошел, что президент скоро затребует к себе "главного представителя" для личного доклада.
