на самом деле он говорит другое:

Easy: just don't lead them so much

При этом lead имеет значение "Упреждение":

since kids and women are slower, you don't need to aim too much ahead of them for the bullet to hit the gunner's intended target. Lead a target means compensating for the target's movement by aiming in front of it, rather than aiming directly at it.
